If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • items must be returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • customized or made-to-order pieces
  • items altered at the client’s request
  • items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All Arcangelo Bungaro jewels are carefully prepared and packaged in France.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–12 business days

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery services.

Delivery times may vary during holidays or exceptional circumstances.

8. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift:

  • you may receive a credit once the return is processed
  • otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
